The CAS Innovation & Entrepreneurship teaches practice-orientated methods for systematically planning and implementing innovations and making them measurable. Look ahead strategically, analyse trends and develop exciting scenarios. With proven approaches such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design, which we combine in the CAS, you will design innovative and effective solutions. You will also learn how to promote an innovation-friendly culture.

You will learn how to use data and artificial intelligence in a targeted manner – including generative AI for prototyping and the development of minimum viable products (MVPs). Sustainability and social innovation are central elements of the CAS. By working on your own practical project (PP), you will apply your newly acquired knowledge directly in practice.
