The stimulating learning atmosphere with its versatile methodology and didactics will have a motivating effect on you. Presentations on theoretical principles, concepts and methods are a frequent rhetorical tool used by our lecturers. They process the newly acquired knowledge by means of practical examples and exercises. In this way you create a balance between information and practical transfer. Discussions in small groups, e-learning tools, virtual pin boards and online surveys support your development process.

  • Presentations, teaching talks, expert discussions
  • Group work and short presentations, self-reflection
  • Processing of case studies
  • e-learning
  • Keeping a reflective journal
  • The student platform SharePoint supports these forms of learning. It enables access to documents, messages and information.

Successful completion of the programme requires regular attendance of lectures (a maximum of two days of absence permitted) and passing the exams.

Individuals must also provide the following proofs of competence:

  • a personal blog as a reflective learning report, one blog entry (500 words) after completion of a learning unit.
  • Preparation of a transfer report of 3,000 words. In the transfer report, you demonstrate that you have independently put into practice or transferred what you have learned in a project in response to a concrete question.
  • You summarise the results of the project on a poster (DIN A0) and present it to an audience in a ten-minute presentation.
