Advanced Leadership

Are you an experienced manager and want to know how to lead into the future? This CAS will prepare you for the challenges ahead.

If you are an experienced manager with at least 5 years of management experience, the CAS Advanded Leadership is the right course for you. Our programme qualifies you to tap into your leadership potential. Would you like to analyse your own leadership skills? Then this CAS is just right for you:

  • You will benefit from a Development Centre with a Development Day and three individual coachings.
  • You will use up-to-date, practical tools and instruments for professional leadership.
  • You will reflect on leadership decisions using a leadership case simulation.
  • You will attend a workshop with «living cases» in order to lead in a practice-orientated way during the change process.

For less expierended leaders

With less than 5 years of leadership experience, the CAS Leadership is the right programme for you. The CAS Leadership for Advanced Learners does not build on the CAS Leadership.
