Leadership

Are people at the centre of your job? Do you want to update your leadership skills? In this CAS we reflect together on your leadership style.

As a manager it is your job to deal imaginatively with people and resources and coordinate them. With this work-study CAS in leadership, you will be able match people with resources to make the most of their potential. Meaning that you will be able to do your job better.

  • You will take a close look at your leadership skills. 
  • You will benefit from a development centre with a development day and three individual coachings.
  • You will recognise the great practical benefits of structured tools and instruments for managing employees. 
  • You will carry out a leadership case simulation and reflect on leadership decisions.

You have a lot of management experience

Do you have five years of management experience and are currently in a management role? Then the CAS Advanced Leadership may be the right CAS for you. This CAS does not build on the other CAS.
