Mindfulness in Organisations

Do you want to use mindfulness and positive leadership to make your organisation more successful? Get expertise and inspiration for cultural change here.

In this CAS, you will combine three specialist courses to create a well-rounded package: you will learn about and apply new leadership approaches in order to establish them in your organisation. Experience in management or personnel and organisational development is a prerequisite.

  • You will be familiar with the principles of mindful, positive or agile leadership. 
  • You are a credible role model for these leadership principles.
  • You know how organisations are developed in order to apply these leadership principles more frequently in everyday life. You see digital transformation, change management and other operational challenges as opportunities and know how to utilise them.
  • You will accompany an organisational development based on a project, during the course.
