Sustainable Public Management
Are you responsible for sustainability in the public sector? In the CAS, you will develop the necessary skills and tools to implement sustainability in a targeted manner.
The CAS Sustainable Public Management qualifies you to effectively tackle complex and future-oriented challenges such as climate change, social inequality or sustainable procurement. The programme teaches you methods and tools that you can use to shape and implement policy in such a way that it serves the well-being of people, the environment and economic stability in equal measure. You will design, implement and manage political strategies and public services in line with the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.
- You will gain an insight into the public sector's current understanding of sustainability and find out what this means for your organisation and your department.
- You will learn where the levers for effective and efficient implementation of sustainability in the public sector lie.
- You will be able to develop and implement sustainable and innovative solutions for complex problems.
- You will receive tried-and-tested tools with which you can successfully implement sustainability in the public sector.
- You will think beyond your specialist area, communicate convincingly within the administration and with external partners and implement in a cooperative manner.
