Our food production systems are closely linked to environmental issues in terms of sustainability and climate change, but have you ever wondered how the flavour will be affected?
Experience the effects of climate change from a different side using wine as an example. During a tasting accompanied by contributions from producers and experts, you will have the opportunity to explore how climate change will affect the taste of wine.
